To All,
We are still in the midst of Red tide and with the wind coming strong out of the south west it is not very pleasant. FYI this has nothing to do with the algae water let out of Lake Okeechobee but from the unprecedented amount of rain from Irma last year and the rain in May of this year.
The High rise roof has been repaired properly and came in $4k under budget. The pool deck has been repainted with a non skid paint and seems to be holding up well.
I did a property walk through with our insurance adjuster last week for them to see all the work that was done here post storm Irma and they may be sending us another check for they might of underpaid us on our claim.
Now that the pool deck is done we will now concentrate on putting in the new door locks on the Low rise and you will be contacted when we do your unit.
FPL has been trying to run a new power line under the parking lot and they keep hitting boulders and probably the old hotel concrete that was here and can’t get through. Will keep you posted on the outcome of this.
We will be replacing the Fibertite roofing on the flat part of units 225 and 226 as a exploratory project to see if we have to pull off the original built up roof off that is still underneath to be compliant with the new codes. This way when we go to do the rest there are no monetary surprises. That is all and you are up to date.

If you need me please text for I will be basically off the grid for those days and have been told texting works in some areas.
