Dear Homeowners:

Management and Tom Obermeier, will be inspecting all water heaters to gather information regarding the condition, age, warranty and if the water heater has a catch pan beneath it, etc.

The inspection will be at no cost to the homeowners, however, if necessary, the cost of replacing or repairs to the water heater is a homeowner’s responsibility. Tom will be seeking a bulk agreement for replacing water heaters, in order to save the homeowner’s money.

We would also like to remind you to check your water heaters, prior to leaving for the summer or when you leave for any extended period of time, that it has been turned off and the water to the tank has been shut off, and that it is not leaking.
