Hello to all!
The St. Patrick’s Day Party was a huge success. Vivienne and her team did a great job.
Tennis court re-surfacing has actually begun. We’re not sure how long it will take but the courts will not be available while the work is being done.
The parking lot under the mid-rise (in the area of #131) will be shut down April 19th and 20th. Please move you vehicle if you park there.
Foundation work will start in May. It will be very loud but not for long. Another note for May….Turtle Season begins May 1st. Remember to close shades at night and that the pool closes at dusk.
We’re having the grill discussion again. The newest rules from the Fire Department are: individual electric tabletop grills can be used on the lanais. As of 2018, due to a major fire on the beach, grills of any sort are no longer allowed on the beach.
Jack Thacker thanked the original EV Charging Committee for doing such a thorough job. At this time we are not in a position to move forward on a charging station but we do need to consider for the future. We will be sending out a questionnaire to all owners regarding this matter.
Rental season is winding down here. Hopefully we will have many of our long-term renters returning.
Please complete the application and submit the appropriate fee if you rent independently.
